About Me

I’m Farnadis Kanja, a data analyst and data scientist who works end-to-end — from collecting and cleaning data to modeling, visualizing, and communicating insights clearly.

My work sits at the intersection of data, people, and decision-making. I’m not just interested in building dashboards; I care about whether those dashboards actually get used, understood, and trusted.

Over the years, I’ve worked closely with teams across finance, operations, and healthcare, learning how different stakeholders think about numbers. This has shaped my approach to analytics: start with the question, understand the context, and then let the data speak in a way that humans can understand.

What I Do

How I Work

I believe great data work is less about tools and more about translation. A technically correct answer that no one understands is functionally useless. My goal is always clarity, trust, and impact.

I’m also expanding into data engineering — building pipelines, automations, and systems that ensure data flows smoothly from source to insight.

Outside of Work

Outside of analytics, I write about data, learning, and career growth, and I enjoy making technical concepts accessible to a wider audience. I’m especially passionate about helping people build confidence with data, regardless of their background.
